Vision Board Workshop
facilitator: Beth Griffith, Certified Life Coach
This 2.5 hour workshop explores each participant's vision of their future in several areas of their lives and then solidifies them with a visual board filled with graphics. This workshop is a powerful way to clarify and visualize one's future and gain momentum and support towards getting there.

Attitudinal Healing
12-Week Program for Individuals or *Groups

Based on the work of Dr. Gerald Jampolsky and Diane Cirincione, Attitudinal Healing offers a way to enable us to consciously choose to let go of fearful attitudes and embrace a loving and forgiving path. The goal is not simply to change behavior, but to re-train the most powerful instrument of change we possess, our own mind. Thus, Attitudinal Healing occurs when we realize that our own thoughts, feelings and attitudes about people and events are what cause us conflict and distress.
This program is for individuals who have faced health-related challenges in their lives or for those who have supported individuals with health-related challenges and now want to move forward and view health more than the body but also how they think about their lives. Each week the client(s) and coach reviews each Attitudinal Healing principle and how they can integrate the principle to find more inner peace in their lives.
Below is a set of Attitudinal Healing principles that are the focus for each session to help people let go of their fears, discard negative and hurtful thoughts from the past, and remove inner obstacles to peace.
- The essence of being is love.
- Health is inner peace.
- Giving and receiving are the same.
- We can let go of the past and the future.
- Now is the only time there is.
- We learn to love ourselves and others by forgiving rather than judging.
- We can become love-finders rather than faultfinders.
- We can be peaceful inside regardless of what is happening outside.
- We are students and teachers to each other.
- We can focus on the whole of our lives rather than on the fragments.
- Because love is eternal, death need not be viewed as fearful.
- We can always see ourselves and others as extending love or giving a call for help.
*Attitudinal Healing Groups
Attitudinal Healing Groups are small, yet powerful groups coming together with a common focus for a 12-week commitment to themselves and the group to learn, share, support each other, and grow integrating the 12 Attitudinal Healing principles into their lives. Through structure, accountability, feedback, support, and coaching, each participant will have the opportunity to discard hurtful thoughts from the past and remove inner obstacles to peace.
